Our entire collection of spa hotels are small, privately owned, very special resorts recommended for their individuality, their impeccable service and their exquisite food. Most importantly of all, we have ensured that the spas themselves offer premium services to pamper your mind, body and spirit to the highest state of bliss.
We have selected what we consider the true Caribbean spa hotels. Each hotel offers gorgeous locations, unrivalled service, and cutting-edge spa facilities to ensure that your stay is luxurious and magnificent.

The Calabash Hotel
The new waterfront Heaven & Earth spa and yoga pavilion takes Caribbean spa hotels to another level. Natural products sourced from the spice island are used in the treatments and a range of massage therapies, aromatherapy, reflexology and beauty treatments are offered. Combine this with fabulous suites and villas, pampered service and exquisite food, and perfectly blend it with Caribbean charm for the ultimate spa holiday.
-
Cap Maison
At Cap you will experience a full menu of spa services using Sothys products, which can only be used by professionally trained therapists and are produced by a French company with over 60 years of experience in the beauty industry. We especially love the terrace outside where you can relax before and after your treatment. Watch the birds in the trees, listen to the sea, and sip your tisane or cold drink. This Caribbean spa hotel oozes nothing but luxury! If you're looking for a dream spa holiday, Caribbean luxury is in plentiful supply at Cap.
-
Cobblers Cove
This Caribbean spa hotel offers guests a wellbeing centre in a Bajan chattel-house design. It is tucked away in a private walled garden area – the calming Frangipani and Hibiscus treatment rooms alone will make you feel relaxed. Here you can indulge in a huge menu of treatments and therapies. The impeccable standard of service throughout Cobblers makes this one of the Caribbean spa hotels you would want to return to time and time again.
-
CuisinArt Resort & Spa
The Venus Spa at CuisinArt continues to receive major accolades and awards. It offers 16 gorgeous treatment rooms, an exclusively designed Healing Waters Pool for aqua massage and soaks, lavish wet rooms, a hamman for an exotic steam plus a varied menu of treatments. A number of the products used in the spa contain fruit and vegetables organically grown at the hotels hydroponic farm. CuisinArt is by far one of the most exclusive Caribbean spa hotels in Anguilla if not the West Indies.
-
Curtain Bluff
A very traditional hotel of quality for the perfect spa holiday. Caribbean clear, blue waters and two sandy beaches are on beautiful view from the new spa, taking advantage of the hotel's unique position on a bluff. The spa is made up of 5,000 square feet of absolute pure indulgence. Choose from an array of treatments including their fabulous Body Perfection Body Scrub and Sabi Stone Therapy. Curtain Bluff is a perfect retreat for couples and families.
-
Jamaica Inn
A small but perfect all-suite Caribbean spa hotel resting on 700ft of Jamaica’s premier private beach, which is equally as good for swimming as it is for sunbathing. Relax at the KiYara Ocean Spa nestled on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea – indulge in a wide range of holistic treatments which make use of the finest local ingredients. Our recommended treatment has to be the KiYara 4-hand Bliss Massage, a tandem message with two therapists.
-
Little Good Harbour
A superb ‘all-suite’ beachfront spa hotel, situated in a quiet fishing village on the north west coast of Barbados. Its spa, although small, offers an array of relaxing and revitalising treatments. Our favourite has to be the ‘little spa’ signature facial – it will leave your skin feeling fresh, vibrant and beautiful!
-
Montpelier Plantation & Beach
A chic boutique retreat with just 16 gorgeous guest rooms, a fabulous Garden Suite, a stylish 2-bedroom Villa Suite and The Little House – considered to be one of the finest small luxury hotels in the Caribbean. The spa at Montpelier embraces the tranquillity of the location 750 metres above sea level where the trade winds are fresh, the air is clean and the energy from the mountain helps rejuvenate both mind and body. Guests can escape and become at one with nature at this spa suite with large glass windows and scented jasmine. A full menu of treatments and exquisite spa packages are available.
-
Round Hill Hotel & Villas
Originally opened in 1953, Round Hill was a private haven for old world Hollywood. Today it is still one of the most sought after Caribbean spa hotels, effortlessly mixing classic style with fine modern touches. The spa at Round Hill housed in an 18th century plantation building is a must. Situated on 10 acres of oceanfront property, the spa is accompanied by a fitness centre, ocean view yoga terrace and swimming pool – wellbeing is top of the agenda. Our favourite treatment has to be the Round Hill Signature hot stone massage. The stones are bathed in warm Jamaican aromatherapy oils, giving them therapeutic and healing energies.
-
Young Island
The location of the resort, on its own private island, has to be one of its best assets. A ‘Robinson Crusoe’ setting, but one that is not too remote and has easy access to the outside world. Its mini- spa sits amongst the tropical foliage on the hillside of Young Island, and offers a selection of pamperings including massages, Indian head massage, manicures, pedicures, reflexology, facials, waxing and aromatherapy.
