EAST WINDS INN, St Lucia:
What’s in it…
Passion fruit
Tamarind
1/2 oz. Orange Bliss
1 oz. Crystal Lime Rum
Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
How to make it…
Shake all ingredients but not the Blue Curacao (This you keep until lastand pour gently over mixture when in the glass)
OLYMPIC SPIRIT
CAP MAISON, St Lucia:
What’s in it…
Strawberry Puree
Double shot of Chairman’s Reserve
A dash of lime
1oz Coconut Cream
3 oz. Pineapple juice
Crushed ice
How to make it…
Mix the rum, lime, coconut cream, juice and crushed ice together in a cocktail mixer and pour into a tall cool glass. Pour in the Strawberry Puree and float a strawberry on top.
